Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery *.

Please e-mail info@borealiswatch.com and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and answer any questions.

  • Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened.

  • All watch returns must include the original box in its original condition.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-7 business days after we receive your return and it is proven to be in new and unworn condition.

  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges you may have had.

  • Return Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer as well if item is lost in transit when being returned to us.

  • Returns received by us beyond 14 days from the date of delivery or that do not meet the above quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The sender will be responsible for the return shipping.

* Exceptions for the returns policy are watch accessories or items in pre-order that can not be returned.
