A high double domed sapphire crystal brings to life its classical and timeless design.
With a total height of 12.60mm including its double domed sapphire crystal it is a durable and sturdy time piece capable of being your every day travel companion.
The dial, watch hands are made with thick Swiss Made RC Tritec BGW9 lume applied to it in order to guarantee a perfect illumination and easy readability in darkness.
The Borealis Bull Shark V2 collection is available with two distinct automatic movements: the Miyota 9039 for the no date versions and the Miyota 9015 for the date versions.
I usually take my watch off during water sports, I forgot. Even after multiple falls from water skiing and tubing and having my body skip across the water, the Bull Shark with stood the beating. Great high quality watch. If Borealis continues making watches like this, they won't be a microbrand for long.
This is an incredible watch on paper and it more than meets expectations in the metal. Incredibly comfortable case yet with still a great weighty presence to it, an extremely good bracelet / clasp for the price point and a super crispy bezel with absolutely no back play. Mine has been running incredibly strong out of the box, basically 0.0 sec/day since it's been off and on the wrist for the last few days. If you're on the fence, definitely pick one up, you will be pleased!
